This seahorse is part of my Organic Forms series focused on casting natural forms in metal. This is a very high quality cast with incredibly fine detail.
The seahorse is made from solid bronze and has been treated with a verdigris patina to give it a green finish and then hand polished to a shine on the raised surfaces, to bring out the fine details.
The seahorse is 5cm in length, and is hung on a 45cm oxidised sterling silver chain.
