We offer free standard international delivery on all orders.

Delivered within 4 – 10 business days.

Express Delivery:

If you need your piece to arrive quickly, you can find the DHL Express Courier option available at checkout.

Processing Time:

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and shipping details.

Custom orders:

 Please refer to your reserved listing for estimated processing times.

Import Taxes & Tariffs:

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or tariffs that may apply in their country.

For standard shipping to the USA I automatically cover any applicable tariffs. 

Please Note:

If you’d like your shipment to be insured, please select a shipping option at checkout that includes insurance. If there is no option that includes insurance, feel free to contact me and I will provide a quote for this. 

All orders are carefully packaged in a gift box and shipped in a protective bubble mailer to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds & Returns

I want you to love your purchase, and I stand behind the quality of my work. 

Shop with confidence knowing you can easily exchange your item within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for any extra shipping costs involved. 

Refunds and exchanges are not available on custom orders, sale items or purchases made with discount codes.

If your item is damaged during shipping, please get in touch right away so I can investigate. Refund eligibility for transit damage will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.
