I offer free standard shipping on all orders, no matter where you are in the world.

 

Processing Time:

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched the next working day.

Custom orders: Please refer to the individual product listing for estimated processing times.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and shipping details.

 

Import Taxes & Tariffs:

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or tariffs that may apply in their country. 

 

Please Note:

If you’d like your shipment to be insured, please select a shipping option at checkout that includes insurance.

All orders are carefully packaged in a gift box and shipped in a protective bubble mailer to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds & Returns

If your item is damaged during shipping, please get in touch right away so I can investigate. Refund eligibility for transit damage will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, so please choose carefully. If you'd like extra photos or a video of any piece before purchasing, just reach out, I'm happy to help!

Refunds and exchanges are not available on sale items or purchases made with discount codes.
