SHIPPING:
I offer FREE STANDARD WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders over the value of AUD200.
You can see a detailed description of all of your postage choices at checkout, depending on your location. These choices include Standard Post, DHL Courier and Express Courier.
Processing Time:
All ready-to-ship items have a processing timeframe of 2 - 4 working days, regardless of shipping method. This means that even if you choose DHL Express Courier it will still take me 2 - 4 working days on top of the estimated shipping time, for me to package the item and arrange a DHL pickup.
If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please contact me before placing your order, as I am often able to fast-track the processing time.
Custom order jewellery may take longer to process, and a timeframe can be found in the listing details.
I will contact you when I ship your item and provide you with your shipping details and tracking number.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you want your shipment to be insured, you must choose a rate at checkout that includes INSURANCE.
The buyer is responsible for any Customs import taxes that may be imposed.
Your purchase will be carefully packaged in a gift box, and will be sent in a bubble-wrap postal bag.
REMOTE DELIVERY FEE:
If you live in a rural or remote location, DHL courier may charge an extra fee, and shipping may take longer, so please contact me before purchasing for a shipping quote.
POLICIES:
Refunds & Returns:
In the unlikely event that the item you receive has a fault as a result of craftmanship, please contact me so that I can arrange one of the following: repair of the item, refund or exchange. The item needs to be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase, before the refund will be released.
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact me immediately so I can look into this. Eligibility for a refund on items damaged in transit will depend upon the shipping option chosen.
I am unable to provide refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind so please choose carefully. Feel free to contact me if you would like additional photos of the piece you are interested in, I can also provide a video of any pieces if it will assist on your choice.
I cannot provide refunds or exchanges on 'Sale' items or items purchased using sale coupon codes.
